I had the tune for this for quite a while and then Lori went out of town for about ten days while Erin (one of our daughters) had a baby. During the week she was gone I took a night flight to Dallas for work and chatted about the idea for this with a person sitting next to me for most of the flight. By the end of the week I was lonely enough and it came into focus. Then I was able to write it in just a few minutes.

This song was produced in Nashville at Parlor Records with my friends Robin Ruddy and Larry Sheridan. Vocals and final mix was done with my friend Sturart Martin at Stonebridge studio in Leesburg, VA. I had help with the guitar parts from my son John and my friend Moises Barona
